Summary:
Hugh truck Cuylenburg was a principal school instructor volunteering in northern India when he previously a life-changing realisation: regardless of the underprivileged community the children were from, these were remarkably positive. By contrast, back in Australia Hugh understood that all way too many people found it hard to become happy, or suffered from mental health problems such as major depression and anxiety. His own little sister have been ravaged by anorexia nervosa.
