Clint Ferguson, Main Security Officer on the Centex Contagious Disease Center, returns from a short SCUBA diving holiday. As he drives toward the Center, he notices a huge cloud above it that are spreading quickly. He realizes there must have been a crash at the guts and that an experimental dangerous virus might have been released into the atmosphere.
