Marion Woodman was a Canadian mythopoetic author, poet, analytical psychologist and women’s motion figure. She has written and spoken extensively about the dream theories of Carl Jung.

Woodman taught senior high school British for more than twenty years. Experiencing anorexia, she got a sabbatical and traveled first to India and then to Britain, where she became thinking about the ideas of Carl Jung; she then signed up for the C. G. Jung Institute in Züwealthy, training to become an analyst.

Woodman was listed in Watkins’ Brain Body Spirit Journal in 2012 among the 100 most spiritually influential living people.
